of DIAC in force at the relevant time.
10.3 The seat and venue of such arbitration shall be Delhi. The
arbitral proceedings shall be conducted in English and the
award shall be final and binding.

Save and except, as provided under Clause 10, this Privacy
Policy shall be governed, interpreted, construed and enforced
in accordance with the laws of India and subject to the
provisions of Clause 10, the courts at New Delhi shall have
jurisdiction over any and all matters arising out of this Privacy
