stipulated under Clause 11 of these Terms or that infringes on

Our services are delivered digitally, so there's no physical shipping involved.

12. Arbitration
12.1 In the event of a dispute between You and the Company

endeavour to resolve such dispute through negotiations.
12.2 In the event of a dispute which is unresolved for a period of sixty
(60) days after being first referred to negotiations as per
Clause 12.1, You shall agree to resolve the controversy by way of
arbitration, to be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually
appointed by the You and the Company. The arbitration shall
be conducted in accordance with the provisions and rules
(hereinafter, referred to as the “DIAC Rules”) of the Delhi
International Arbitration Centre (“DIAC”) in force at the relevant
time.
12.3 The seat and venue of such arbitration shall be Delhi. The
arbitral proceedings shall be conducted in English and the
award shall be final and binding.
13. Governing Law
Save and except, as provided under Clause 12, these Terms shall
be governed, interpreted, construed and enforced in
accordance with the laws of India and subject to the provisions
of Clause 12, the courts at New Delhi shall have jurisdiction over
any and all matters arising out of these Terms or Website.
