What counts as a billable minute?

A billable minute is any minute of active call time handled by an AiOnPhone AI agent or interpretation service. This is rounded to the nearest second. Idle hold time or periods with no active audio processing are not billed.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Is there a free trial for enterprises?

Yes. We offer a 14-day pilot program for enterprise clients that includes full access to your chosen products, implementation support from our team, and dedicated onboarding. Book a demo to get started.

Do I need all three products?

No. Each product (Voice AI, Interpreter, Call Transcription) is available independently. Many clients start with one and add others as their needs grow. Bundling all three qualifies for volume discounts.
